What this document will cover
When published, this policy will describe what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have over it.
Information you provide during a health intake is handled as protected health information. Our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices covers that separately.

If you have a question about how your information is handled, or you would like a copy of our current practices before this page is published, email support@health.jaalaa.net and we will respond directly.
You can request that we delete your account and associated information at any time using the same address.
